How old do I need to be to rent a car?

The minimum age requirement to rent a car with us is 21 years old. However, please note that drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

What documents do I need to bring when picking up the rental car?

You will need to present a valid driver’s license, a major credit card in your name for the security deposit and payment purposes, and a form of identification such as a passport or government-issued ID.

Can I add an additional driver to my rental agreement?

What is the fuel policy?

We provide our rental cars with a full tank of fuel, and we expect them to be returned with a full tank as well. If the car is returned with less fuel, you may be charged for refueling at the prevailing rates.

Is insurance included with the rental?

Our rental rates typically do not include insurance. However, we offer optional insurance coverage at an additional cost. You may also have coverage through your personal car insurance or credit card. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for details.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation, subject to our terms and conditions. Modifications and cancellations may be subject to fees, depending on the timing and type of changes requested. Please refer to our reservation policy or contact our customer service for assistance.

What happens if the rental car gets damaged?

If the rental car sustains any damage during your rental period, please contact our customer service immediately. The process for handling damages will be explained to you, and you may be responsible for repair costs based on the terms of your rental agreement.

Can I rent a car for one-way travel?

Yes, we offer one-way rentals between certain locations. Additional fees may apply for one-way rentals, and availability is subject to confirmation. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Are there mileage restrictions on the rental cars?

Most of our rental agreements include unlimited mileage within the designated rental area. However, some specialty vehicles or specific promotions may have mileage restrictions. Please check the terms of your rental agreement or contact us for more details.

What happens if I return the rental car late?

Late returns may be subject to additional charges. We provide a grace period, but if the car is returned significantly past the agreed-upon return time, you may be charged for an additional rental day. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate a late return.
